If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Möbius Strip Media is a creative content and video production agency. The Site describes our work, our capabilities, and past projects for informational and promotional purposes only.Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote, proposal, or binding commitment to perform services. Any engagement between you and Möbius Strip Media is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or production contract signed by both parties. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls with respect to that engagement.Rates, timelines, deliverables, ownership of finished work, licensing, usage rights, and revision terms are all defined in that separate agreement, not here.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our ContentAll content on the Site, including video, film, photography, motion graphics, illustrations, text, logos, brand marks, layout, and design, is owned by Möbius Strip Media or licensed to us and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.Client and Third-Party WorkPortfolio pieces displayed on the Site may include work produced for clients, as well as music, footage, brand marks, talent likenesses, and other materials owned or licensed by third parties. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not grant you any license to use them.Trademarks"Möbius Strip Media," our logo, and any related marks are trademarks of Möbius Strip Media. Other names and marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. SUBMISSIONS AND UNSOLICITED IDEAS
If you send us a message, brief, script, treatment, reel, concept, or other material through the Site or by email, you agree that:You have the right to send it and it does not infringe anyone else's rights.We are not obligated to keep it confidential unless we have signed a separate non-disclosure agreement with you.We may already be developing or considering similar ideas independently, and nothing in your submission restricts our ability to do so.We are under no obligation to review, respond to, use, or return any unsolicited submission.Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site. If you need to share sensitive material, contact us first so we can put an appropriate agreement in place.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Möbius Strip Media and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD).Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. INFORMAL RESOLUTION
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at andrew@mobiusstripmedia.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal remedies.

14. GENERAL TERMS
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Möbius Strip Media regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
